Steel wool..... From Sara Robinson comes this idea \" Our old house was on 13 wild acres, and we had field mice, wolves, and the occasional rat. My mom, cunning old country housekeeper that she is, suggested that I put steel wool in mouse holes, around the back of my pantry shelves, under my base cabinets-- wherever they like to go. They don\'t like it. and won\'t cross it. I can vouch that it worked terrifically well. In the GMC, it\'s easy to stuff bits of steel wool into small vents, and the holes where wiring comes in. You can also run it in the broad strips around cabinets, across countertops, etc. while the coach is in storage. Great stuff. Also, we store *everything* in the galley in tight-sealing plastic storage containers or metal tins. Keeps the food fresh and dry, and the critters can\'t get at it. Plastic bags and thin cardboard boxes are just asking for trouble. You might as well send engraved invitations.\"
