Made from a cheap screwdriver. Shaft heated with an OxyActylene torch.
Place tip of screwdriver in vise to appropriate depth as shown. Heat with torch and bend. Angle
of bend is same as slope of windshield. Took me two times to get it just right.
Screws come out with considerable pressure on screwdriver to keep from ramping out of Phillips
head screw.
Make first short turn in clockwise tightening direction to break screw free, then turn counter
clockwise about 1/2 as possible to remove screw. When loose, twirl screw out by hand.
A slow task, but beats removing the windshield or breaking the dash up.
