My objective with this folder is to show various soundproofing projects. I\'m starting with the generator compartment, which I have to revise anyway. With our decision to put in a permanent bed in the back, I relocated the water tank to the floor between the propane and generator compartments, but I have to raise the top of the generator compartment 4\" to match the height of the propane compartment. This is a good thing, because the little Generac Impact 36G wanted more air to breathe and the compartment ceiling was too low. It also made room for soundproofing. Here is the generator compartment when I first installed the Generac.
