Galley re-build
Rough-in of the cooking area of the galley. Just added a Miele 4-burner cook-top and Tappan Microwave-Convection oven. Short-term I will add a new counter-top and Purpleheart trim across the front. Next winter (today in Pasadena it feels like winter has ended) I'll re-build the whole thing from scratch. We store our plates and glasses over the stove. No cabinets hang down over our windows anywere in the coach. I love the big windows.
