Bolt Drip 1

As you can see the only leak is past the heads of the bolt holes. (Every one at the rear of the pan)) That bolt hole actually goes through the aluminium directly to the transmission. If the pan gasget was leaking, the oil should also go out past the pan lip. I eventually "HID" the leaking problem by adding fiber washers to the bolt heads to lock the oil into the bolt holes. but this is simply a "STOP GAP" measure. Any ideas?
