I used some "Quiet step" underlayment under the wood floor. I had a couple 100 foot rolls of it left, and it was rated very highly for its sound deadening, and moisture blocking. It looks like 3mm dense neoprene (like a wetsuit) material with a vapor barrier. I taped over the seams, just to be thorough.
