Located near Syracuse NY. Asking $10,500. The engine is a 455, I estimate the engine was done around 10-15k ago by previous owner. Frame is fine, I have been under there many times and there is no rust problems, only minor surface rust. Air suspension has been replaced there is a new air pump, new air tank, new air bags, plus two extra new air bags (spares), also air control panel and levers have been upgraded. Rear suspension pins have been replaced too. Brakes were done same time as engine, plenty of pad left. Pads were very expensive premium brand. I can't remember the name right now but its in the receipts. Everything mechanical has been gone through or been inspected by a garage. Radiator, tranny, engine, suspension, shocks, steering, new tires (6000 ago). All new alloy wheels ($300 each) + spar. New windshields, Charging system has been replaced with premium charger ($1500). New alternator - just replaced that! Engine has High volume pump so pressure is very good.

Interior needs updating. I would replace the carpet with hard type flooring or carpet again. Curtains have been replaced in the back but could use some up front. But they are ok just faded.

I would drive this this motorhome to Alaska right now without hesitation. The engine oil has even been changed with only about 5 miles since change. Plus lots of spare parts - mufflers, Y pipe, seals gaskets, electric fuel pump, extra starter. There is even a couple of heads for the engine. Also rear end has been upgraded to a better ratio giving more power and better fuel economy, old rear end is included.

Tires have indicators on the valves stems that tell when the air pressure is low.

There are some new interior lights that need to be put up. Also, all the outside vents have replacements waiting to be installed.

I towed a car and went to California and back, ran great with no issues. Alternator went out when I got back to New York.

I think finding a GMC in as good as mechanical condition as this one would be hard find, no corners have been cut with this restoration. Paint is also decent. I have receipts and the GMC repair manual and parts manual.
