Dash cluster taken out
Wiper cable was stuck so I had to take a part the dash to fix it. When I opened the dash, I found that the wiper switch had a bolt missing which was causing it not to have enough tension to open and close the switch under the hood. This was a problem since I was testing it, everytime I cranked the motor, the wipers would run.
