In all fairness I should point out that there are ways to setup a VW bug for a lot less money. The problem I have with using a system like this is that I was born with a lazy bone :-). With this kind of setup you have to disconnect the tow bar each time you want to use the toad. To reconnect the toad you have to reconnect the tow bar and then drive the toad exactly up to the hitch ball. With the Blue Ox system you just discontect the tow bar at the hitch ball and then fold it back to the car and leave it there. When reconnecting you only have to get to a general proximity of the ball and you just move the tow bar onto the ball, drive away and it locks itself in place. More expensive but my lazy bone likes it. Besides that there is no way your going to get me to lay on the ground under a car to connect and reconnect a tow bar I\'m just to lazy for that. To be continued, this album won\'t be finished until Dec of \'05 as parts come in and the setup in completed.
