We drilled and set the 2 inch and 2 1/2 inch grommets first. We fitted the 2 inch kitchen sink drain and the 2 1/2 inch shower drain into each of their respective grommets by pushing the tank up on each one and temporarily secured the tank in place. Once the two smaller drains were lined up and in place we then made a temporary 3 inch toilet flange just long enough to touch the top of the tank when it was temporarily screwed in place. We then reached down inside the flange and marked the top of the tank. We removed the tank and proceeded to drill out the 3 inch toilet drain hole in the tank and put in the 3 inch grommet. As you can see in this photo the toilet flange was off center in the hole in the shower floor and just barely cleared to reach the tank. We did not want to make new holes in the shower floor for the new toilet flange. This was a tedius process but it was well worth the extra time as each of the 3 drains matched perfectly.
