This is the pipe that the vent hose hooks to on the gas tank. I have seen a bunch of these cracked. Nathan thinks its because people are putting on the worm gear clamp on with the worm gear on top of the vent pipe---this one was that way. Turn the clamp around---Nathan is also putting a piece of the old fuel line on the high part of the tank to keep the pressure off.
