I built this small cabinet over the current location of the stove. Yes, we lost some storage space, but our ultimate plan is to remove the tiny (4\' long) \"love seat\" and incorporate that area into the galley, ultimately giving us one of the largest GMC galleys. Mary and I both enjoy cooking. And as the family \"dishwasher\", I\'ll enjoy not having that over-the-counter cabinet \"in my face\" as I\'m doing the dishes.
