We made this replacement cover for the OEM cobbled up cutout for the shower drain trap protrusion through the coach floor. We made it out of a thin sheet of aluminum. We cut a circular hole in a piece of scrap plywood about an inch larger than the protrusion. We then carefully used a rubber mallet to hammer the aluminum through the hole until it had the shape and depth we needed to cover the trap. We measured carefully to make sure the aluminum sheet lined up properly and covered the OEM wack job.
