We used a floor jack to lift and hold the black tank and luan template each time we put them in place. We did this a number of times as we measured and tried each step of the process to make sure everything lined up properly. There wasn't much room for error and we only had one change on drilling the holes in the tank. Took a lot of time but well worth it as we were very surprised how easy the grommets lined up and slid onto the drain pipes coming from above. We cobbled up the 2 x 2 foot square of OSB and screwed it to the top of the floor jack. The floor jack idea came from Jim Hupy. He also gave us a ton of info on the grommets and how to get all this together.
