Toe-in Measurement Beam
A 1-3/8" OD top rail for a chain link fence makes a cheap, sturdy, light weight beam for measuring the distances between the reference mark at the front and rear of the tires. After the pointers are set to the reference lines on the tires and the clamp bolts tightened, it is VERY important to avoid bumping the pointers, pedestals, or clamps against ANYTHING. Error is certain to result from any such carelessness.
