Alternative choke Hole to plug

I personally like to make modifications that look like they would have been done at the factory or can be considered as should be there. (a Proffesional Look)  Often they work better too, BUT!  Removing the choke housing to plug the vacuum fitting under the housing leg can be quite daunting to the unskilled. (The choke link lever can be a frustrating experience to line up)      As an alternative, you can  plug the  SMALL vacuum port in the choke housing using some epoxy or JB Weld.   It lines up up with the plastic fitting under the choke housing leg and the manifold vacuum.   DO NOT  plug the large hole.   The large hole is used to place a guage tool when adjusting the choke link to the choke plate.     Ypu van also use a #10 X 1/2 Flat head  sheetmetal screw to block off the oven tube fitting rather than a cap and metal disk.
