Switch

I tied the camera and the monitor switch to a toggle switch and fed it from a tap on the back up light/cruise control fuse. I did a lousy job of lining the switch up with the PO added compressor switch, but can fix it later with a switch panel. I broke the old carpenter rule of "measure twice, cut once".
