Exhaust Heat Shield
If I were building these from scratch one thing I would change is the offset spacing. It currently is 1.25 inches. With a 3" exhaust pipe that offset puts the shield very close to the tank. It does not and will not vibrate and touch the tank and will be OK as is, but if I were making these shields from scratch I would reduce that offset to 1" with a 2.5 inch exhaust pipe and 3/4" with a 3" exhaust pipe.
