Inner seal expansion

I put a 3" piece of tailpipe on one end of the tool to hold it at 3", and placed the seal at the other end. The steel in the seal is of lighter gauge than the pipe, so the seal "gave" first. I did it a little at a time until if felt like it would be a good friction fit...about .002 larger than the knuckle.
