Galley re-build
- This is a process. The forward 1/2 of the galley was originally a love seat. I removed that and built some temporary cabinetry. Dissatisfied with the el cheepo cooktop and microwave installed by the PO, we upgraded (depending on your point-of-view) to the Miele 4-burner and the Tappan Microwave. And then, to dress it up a bit, and have it look a little better for the next year, I installed new Formica and added a purpleheart wood trim with 4 coats of varnish.
