Batteries installed

Honda engineers specify that the compartment has a maximum size so that cooling air is directed over surfaces to cool. The green arrows indicate the paths of air flow. If the compartment is too large or too small, then air flow may not be sufficient. The divider panel is installed leaving little extra room for the batteries. It's a tight fit. The fuel line was routed on the cool side away from the exhaust. Electrical connections are on the front side. A paint roller tray is used as a duct to divert cooling exhaust air from the generator to discharge below the frame.
