This is a view of the front of the 1976 HVAC. The heater core and the A/C evapotator are removed. The vacum pot you see above the hole in this picture is the pot that opens and closes the A/C door. The rusty faced door in the forground of this picture is for the heater. Behind ths door you can see the hinge rod of the A/C door.
