Now this is the WONDERFUL machine. This thing cooks sweet corn better than any I have had. Sweet corn is soaked in water then put on a metal belt---it goes through a propane furnace. It comes out with the husks all burnt and black. The folks peel them back and with a flick of a wrist the silks are gone. The corn is then dipped in a vat of butter. On the side they have all sorts of things to put on your corn---all I can say is---it was wonderful.
