Here is an exploded view of the components which substitute stainless steel, nylon and rubber to retain the new coated brake lines. Everything should be available at hardware and marine stores. The stainless steel cushion clamps are Ancor 403252 and the nylon spacers are Serv-A-Lite 635-C. Most marine stores and catalogs offer Ancor products.
