The clearance between the frame and the body where the vent lines are routed is very tight. I protect the copper lines with rubber tubing to prevent chafing. But to get the old lines out and the new lines installed I had to remove some of the aluminum from the body cross brace. The aluminum is soft so I could use a sharp chisel to cut a wider opening. The new vent lines fit snug and are no longer kinked where they pass between the frame and the body.
