Random - Installing a Blaine Merrill Tow Hitch

Put the bumper back on but moved one bolt hole outboard. Lay a ruler across the top and bottom of the hitch bracket and mark where the bumper will have to be cut. The cut goes half the depth on each side. don\'t forget to mark the rounded corners for a nice fit.
