Countertop and oven space

Sharkskin is a non-slip material and pretty tough stuff. NuWave oven goes in oven space when traveling, and induction cooktop can go in there too, leaving entire counter clear. Might put a gaurdrail/gate across if I anticipate Dukes of Hazzard style driving ahead (i.e. taking 15 mph curves down the mountain at 40 because there is nowhere to pull off and cool the brakes), but stuff stays in there during normal driving.
