The seats swivel and move fore-aft. I will mount the bases such that the swivel locked position is facing the table, and the fore-aft motion is on longitudinal alignment (front-back of coach) to make them adjustable for the table. I may shim them at the back where they mount on the swivels to level them out, not sure yet. the other thing that us up in the air is whether to mount the base above the hardwood floor or cut the planks around them. I have a plastic trim bezel that would make the latter look nice and still allow the floor to float a bit.
