The problems started when we started to go back together. The hinges and the backer plates were not all stamped out at the same time. The spacing on each hinge and backer plate was different. We had to match the backer plates to the hinges---I guess they were all drilled by hand. The door is hung but not done---the skys opened up and we got a couple of inches of rain.
