OK WE FOUND THE PROBLEM! The hitch was not installed right. Its just like mine---so the boys started looking at how mine was installed. Chuck\'s hitch was not level but pointed up just a little. When you move the bumper out this becomes a real problem. They had to remove the tire carrier and the hitch then reinstall everything as it should have been. Now the reciever is level.
