Temperature readings were made after letting the unit run for about 5 minutes. Outside housing temperatures were 160 - 180 *F in the areas one would expect to be the hottest. I was not able to get water to sizzle anywhere on the outside surface. Shooting up into the outlet I was able to measure temperatures in the 220 - 240* range but I have no confidence in these readings.
