Random - Lowering the Steering Wheel and lower dash Panel.

This thing is not fun to put in. We had it in and out 6 times. When I ordered it I was told by McNeal that it could be used to drop the steering wheel 1 or 2 inches---depending on how you put it in. Well we never figured it out.
