borgeson intermediate shaft vs oem upper column shaft
This shows the oem shaft from the inside of the upper steering column vs the Borgeson part# 450024 telescoping shaft we're thinking of using to replace the intermediate shaft. both are 3/4" DD (inner) and 1"DD outer sleeve, though the OEM one's diameter is a little smaller where they turned it near the top of the column.
Also for interest took a picture of the plastic pins on the oem shaft that allow it to collapse in an accident.
