I'm hoping this added door admitting Max air to the top duct will help.
This door admits Max Air to the dash-top air conditioning duct. It may or may not improve distribution but it was easy to install now; not so easy later. I'm using the passenger's side duct actuator here since my new scheme doesn't call for it. I can easily disable the door if it's not effective.
