While I was adding insulation I removed the upper medicine cabinet and insulated the wall behind the bathroom with the same R max I used in the ceiling, all 1 inch thickness. I was also able to insulate the space behind the refrigerator from the refrigerator access door. The ceiling above the refrigerator,the bath and the closet was insulated by inserting insulation as I did the ceiling. I also used some Reflexix (foil covered bubble pack) where I could not get the foam insulation in place. A vast thermal improvement has been made with these changes.
