Oil filter adapter port
The port on the left is from the engine oi pump and it feeds oil to the outside diameter of the oil filter. If you look closely, there is some obstruction of the port. Using a 19/32" bit or milling tool, I will drill down approximately .125" further into this port to open it up for better oil flow, especially with a HV pump.
