The allen head just above the hole in the manifold is what you turn to adjust the points. This allowed me to dial in the points with the engine running. It was just like tuning the carb. It was easy to hear where she wanted to run under a load. Mine does not run best at .016. Mine likes about .019. I really like this setup---Jim has them.
