Timing Marks

Right-most mark is aligned with TDC (black line in shroud), represents 27 degrees BTDC. Next mark to left is 25 degrees BTDC. Leftmost mark is TDC. All paint lines correspond to marks on back of flywheel. No marks visible at timing hole on back of shroud. Is this the correct setting for 27 BDTC?
