Painting my Coach

The entry door handle with its surface rust and rusty fasters.  I'd like to remove the fasteners and replace but they seem to be spot-welded to the latch.

Also note the aluminum showing from sanding.  I hit anything that looked even close to bare aluminum with two coats of self-etching primer from a spray can.
