Random - Putting holes in the dash for new instruments

I started by making 2 3/8? circles which is the OD of the Westach Instruments I was going to install and taping them to the dash trim panel where I thought I wanted to put them. By making the holes match the OD I will be able to remove the trim panel without disturbing the gauges.
