The way I made this set-up was to bend the bracket first. Then I slid the \'T\' nut from the top into the slot in the pivot casting. The \'T\' nut was held tight to the outside of the slot. I then drilled a pilot hole through the bracket and the \'T\' nut. Later the bracket hole was opened to 11/16 and the \'T\' nut tapped to 5/8-11. With the bracket installed I located the angle bracket. I used the 5/16-18 threaded hole that is in the pivot casting and used for the \'T\' skirt bracket.( This can be enlarged if you want). I then drilled a pilot hole throgh the bracket and the angle piece. The hole in the braket was opened to 1/2-20 and since it will be a blind hole I used a threaded stud and a nut.
