In order to reshape the headliner boards your going to need to make a form. This one is made from 3/8\" particle board. It measures 4\' x 59 1/4\". There are 5 supports. The middle one is 4 1/2\" high. The next one from the center is set at 13 3/4\" from the center and it is 4 1/4\" high. The outer one is 27 1/2\" from the center and measures 3 1/2\" high. This approximates the curve of the roof. It may not be exact but it worked for me.
