Redirecting the install plan

I originally wanted to use an "A" Bend Bracket on the outboard seatbelt and retractor.   This would have tucked the retractor mechanisim closer to the seat base.   BUT  The bad (Ugly)  side of the Retractor became clearly visible..   Using the opposite bend and tucking the retractor closer to the wall presented the better looking side of the retractor.
