Buckle Aligns nicely with seat top
Using the Bracket brings the buckle nicely to the top of the seat. This solves the problem of reaching to the floor for the buckle. Also this belt assembly allows a single hand to engage. The Plastic Sleeve Keeps the belt stiff so that the buckle stays where it can be found.
