The neatest thing about this whole fair experience is to watch a community be built in about 3 weeks. The small town near the fairgrounds supplies the support survices. In the morning the local septic tank service company comes in and pumps out the sewage. The morning also brings a lady selling newspapers. Around 5 PM the local ice plant sends a truck through selling ice cheaper than you can buy it at a gas station. I am going to stay till Tuesday so I can watch it all go away. I think it is so neat to see this whole process.
