Now I am sure this little trailer does not look important to any of you. It does to me. It just got here this morning. It is run by a very old Asian couple. They soak pork cubes in pineaple juice, soy sauce and brown sugar all night. Then they grill them over a real charcoal fire. This is some of the best fair food here.
