I fished the wire through the center hole and held the light up to the body. Everything was tight and the gasket covered all of the hole just fine. So, I taped it in place, drilled two pilot holes through the screw holes, move the light, drilled those holes to 1/4\", inserted well nuts (I carve a bit of the gasket away to clear the flange of the well nut), and screwed the light into position using stainless steel 8-32 screws.
