Next we start installing the rails. DO NOT TIGHTEN DOWN ANY BOLT TILL ALL ARE IN PLACE! Use an ice pick to locate the screw holes. Once all the screws are in place we run each up 3 or 4 turns. Then we tap and push on the front end cap trying to relieve any stress. Then snug them all up a little---then go for a drive and finish tightning them up. Just the way I do it.
