Here we go. You can see the red light on. The electric skillet is loaded with cold water. Not bad only about a 3 volt drop with a full load on it. If any of you are not happy with how an electric heating appliance works in your coach I sure would consider adding a 12/2/WG connection to the outlet you use. The water in the skillet boiled in almost 1/2 the time it did before the mod. I am happy with this project.
