Receiver tube welded to the base angle with gussets
I marked and cut the bumper and its splice plate to accept the receiver tube, then marked and cut that tube. If I'd been more careful with my bumper trimming, I could have hidden the receiver behind the bumper. The welder insisted on adding the gussets when I took it to him for final assembly.
